Grind Comes First GCF

Da’Quan Cook is a native of Elizabeth, NJ, a place where talent can always be found. Cook started out bouncing a ball on his sidewalk in front of his home. This led to him playing at St. Patrick’s High School and a year at The Miller School. He attended Nike Top 100 All-American Camp 2007. Also, he won Most Outstanding Player at 5 Star Camp over John Wall, featured in Street & Smith’s basketball magazine. He then attended St. Bonaventure University for 4 years, becoming an A10 Champion whom played in the NCAA tournament. Cook has traveled overseas to play professional basketball in several countries. Most recently, he played in Qatar & Saudi Arabia. Cook is the originator of this brand. He has been through the grit and Grind of trying to make it out as well as giving back to the community. He is enriched by the world views of the 6 different countries he played basketball in, and can use this knowledge to inspire the community.
